St. Mary's Church
A check in the amount of $1000.00 was presented to St. Mary's Church, in Schwenksville Pa. after the 12:30 Mass on July 3rd. St. Mary's has hosted the annual Division #6 St. Patrick's Party. Many thanks to Division #3 LAOH for supporting the party and supplying the talent to create an awesome outcome!!

As a Charitable Organization, AOH "Jack Duffy" Division 6 has donated time and proceeds from many different events. We often make charitable donations to those in need. As a Catholic Organization, our actions are based on our Motto which is; "Unity, Friendship and True Christian Charity". Sacred Heart Festival
Many members of Division #6 volunteered to work at a booth during the festivities on July 14th.
BIG THANKS to Brothers Shelton, Leaver, Bethel, Brown, Roberts, Clark, Brock and Garvey for going out to work at the Carnival. Great job guys!!
Along with a great time by all, the Division 6 AOH Members also took the opportunity during the carnival to present this years "Harry Ench Grant" to Carly Moinaro. It was a job well down by all. Congratulations to Carly!
We had a total of 11 team members that excepted the challenge of the 65 mile trek
from Philadelphia Irish Pub to the Atlantic City Irish Pub in the 24th Annual Irish Pub Tour de Shore.
We raised a total of $6,660.00 - More is on the way !!

In May 2005, Kathy Brady, wife of AOH Division 6 Brother Steve Brady, lost her battle with leukemia after being in remission for over 10 years. Currently an
estimated 957,902 people in the U.S. are living with or are in remission
from blood cancers.
Last year, with overwhelming support,
we were able to raise over $7,000 dollars which was donated to The
American Cancer Society and The Leukemia Lymphoma Society. This year, we
hope to surpass the phenomenal outcome of the 2010 Ceili for Kathy.
 In 2011, all proceeds from the benefit will go to The Leukemia
Lymphoma Society (LLS) through the Team in Training program. TNT is the
Leukemia Lymphoma Society’s signature volunteer fundraising campaign.
Because of the money raised through TNT, the LLS is the nation's leader
in funding breakthrough blood cancer research.
Admission is
$15.00, which includes food and a raffle ticket. Children under 12 are
free. Admission will be collected at the door the night of the benefit.
There will also be t-shirts for sale, raffles, 50-50, beer pong, and
flip cup will be played. Music will be provided by a DJ. There will be a
full bar. Alcoholic drinks are not included in the admission price.
Please come out and show your support for blood cancers and create a
world with more birthdays in memory of Kathy Brady. See ya at Maynards!

2011 Irish Fall Festival - North Wildwood NJ
20th Annual Event! The largest Irish Festival on the East
